My name is Frank Danna. I have been playing guitar for thirty years and teaching guitar for fifteen years.  During my fifteen years of teaching, one issue would always come up. A student would go online and find a song that he/she would like to play, but would become discouraged because the song has a certain riff or technique that the student is unable to play. I would then take the time to go through the technique and show the student how to achieve it with speed and accuracy.

Because of this, I decided to put together this online site with “STEP-by-STEP” procedures for students. In a short period of time, you will be able to achieve these procedures that I have developed over the last thirty years from live performances and studio work. These little “Tricks of the Trade” will help you to achieve these techniques and create your own style.

The videos on this site are for the music of today as well as yesterday. They give you the cutting edge on playing, performing songs, and creating your own arrangements.  I hope you will find these techniques as beneficial to your playing style as they have been to mine.
